How can I place an order?
Choose the jewel you want, select any options (color, size, customization) and click on “Add to cart”. Once you have completed shopping, access the cart and follow the checkout procedure.
I made a mistake with an order, can I change it?
If your order has not been shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp or email with your order number. We will do our best to help you.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, if your order has not been processed or customized yet. Contact us promptly with your details.
How can I know if my order has been confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided. If you do not receive it within 10 minutes, check your spam or write to us.

What materials do you use?
We use 925 silver , stainless steel , high quality zirconia , and hypoallergenic materials. The specifications are indicated in each product sheet.
Is your jewelry blackening or discoloring?
No, if treated correctly. Avoid prolonged exposure to perfumes, salt water and chemicals to ensure durability.
Are they hypoallergenic?
Yes, all our jewelry is nickel-free and suitable for even the most sensitive skin.
Do you make custom or personalized jewelry?
Yes, you can personalize necklaces, bracelets and rings with initials, dates, names or zodiac signs . Details are on the product page.

Does my order arrive in a gift box?
Yes, each piece of jewelry is shipped in elegant and sustainable packaging, perfect for gifting.
Can I add a custom message?
Sure! During checkout you can indicate your message to be included inside the package.
♻️ EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Can I return a piece of jewelry?
Yes, you have 14 days to return the item, as long as it is intact, unworn and in its original packaging. Write to us to start the process.
Can personalized jewelry be returned?
No, customized products cannot be returned , except for obvious manufacturing defects.
Are the return costs at my expense?
Yes, except for errors attributable to us (e.g. damaged or incorrect product).

Use a soft, dry cloth. Avoid water, alcohol, and harsh soaps. For silver, you can use a specific cloth to polish it.
Can I wear them in the water?
It is best to avoid it to preserve its brilliance. Even if resistant, jewelry lasts longer if kept away from chlorine and salt.
